Here Are The Steps

YOUR AGREEMENT
Complete an agreement with us that can be done digitally and takes 5 minutes

PHONE CALL
Quick phone call with us to formulate a plan for the switch - approximatly 10 minutes

NOTIFY CURRENT PM
2 minutes to send word to your current P.M. that you are making the switch

INTAKE FORMS
Complete the property infomation intake forms which will take approximately 20 minutes. From here, no more stress for you from here on out we will take care of the rest

THE HANDOVER
We will arrange to receive keys, deposits, and contracts from the previous P.M. and notify your residents of the change
