Since entering the property management realm in 2006, David has specialized in multi-family operations including lease-ups, mixed use, and rehab buildings. In his most recent role, he managed over 2,500 apartments and oversaw associate development for his west coast teams. His expertise, servant’s heart, and dedication to customer relationships ensures owners will always get the top-tier service they deserve.
With a wealth of experience beginning in 2007, Kristie quickly became a seasoned professional in property management, focusing on single-family homes. In her previous role as a VP, she oversaw more than 1,000 homes and she demonstrated her versatility by managing operations, payroll, accounting, and being the dependable resource for her associates. This ensures her commitment to My Haven's owners, vendors, and residents.
